The Sniper BDU Ghillie Jacket and Pants uses natural jute thread sewn directly onto a Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) using industrial strength sewing machines. The back of the jacket and pants, the top portions of the sleeves, and the shoulders are fully covered in jute thread.

This ghillie suit is specifically designed for sniper movements of crawling and sliding. Ghillie thread was left off the front of the jacket and pants and replaced with 1000 Denier Cordura Plus fabric. The abrasive-resistant Cordura allows you to easily crawl and slide over rocks, dirt, and mud. It also contains a waterproof urethane coating that keeps you dry while lying down and stalking your target.

The front buttons on the jacket have been removed and replaced with Velcro, so you won't feel any ridges while crawling. To keep the sleeves from riding up your arms when crawling, 1" wide nylon straps are sewn onto the inside of the sleeves to serve as thumb loops.

A Hood is attached to this jacket that includes jute thread tied onto a 1" by 1" nylon netting. Using the netting allows air to pass through the hood and keep you cooler.
